Thailand Food Expo Shows Vitality of Asian Market, Chinese Enterprises Become Pioneers in Overseas Expansion
BANGKOK, Thailand -- Food Expo Asia 2024 concluded successfully in Bangkok, Thailand. As one of the important food and beverage industry exhibitions in Asia, this exhibition attracted more than 3,000 exhibitors from more than 50 countries and regions, among which Chinese enterprises ranked second in terms of the number of exhibitors.
During the exhibition, the performance of Chinese enterprises was particularly eye-catching. They not only brought a wealth of seafood, snacks, condiments and other specialty products, but also displayed advanced production technology and innovative ideas. Through the exhibition platform, a number of Chinese enterprises established close ties and cooperation intentions with international customers, further expanding their overseas markets. For example, Xiamen Panpan Food Investment Co., Ltd. has participated in the exhibition for several times and plans to set up a branch factory in Indonesia, while Taoxiangcun Group has reached a cooperation intention with a number of Thai enterprises to jointly develop the market for mid-autumn mooncakes.
In addition, the innovative products of Chinese enterprises at the exhibition also attracted much attention. For example, an almond milk product with polyunsaturated fatty acid (DHA) extracted from plants launched by an enterprise won the "Taste of Innovation" award. The product is not only rich in DHA, which is essential for human body, but also adopts environmentally friendly extraction process and packaging materials, demonstrating the company's dual pursuit of health and environmental protection.
The success of Thailand Food Expo not only demonstrated the huge potential and vitality of the Asian food market, but also highlighted the pioneering role of Chinese enterprises in overseas expansion. In the future, with more Chinese enterprises joining and the acceleration of the internationalization process, the Chinese food industry will play a more important role in the global market.
